  NYAM 2009 - North Yorkshire International Jamboree
  July 25- August 01 2009
  NYJAM is a new International Jamboree taking place in Yorkshire for members of Scouting and Guiding between the ages of 10½ and 18 years.

It is an activity based Jamboree, packed with fun for everyone both as participants and staff.

The activities on offer at NYJAM will be many and varied and will make it a fun packed week.

This event will be taking place at a fantastic site with some of the best facilities you could ask for, permanent showers, toilets and washing facilities, plenty of covered areas... So no matter what the weather, the show still goes on.

  What's on offer?
Fun, activity, adventure, friendship, hospitality, challenge and lots more. Take part in a variety of activities on and off site, from climbing to canoeing, flying to shooting, swimming to archery, disco to arts & crafts in a full seven days of programme for all. This is THE opportunity to meet and make new friends, to take part in international challenges and activities.
